Refund & Returns Policy – Vasanam India

At Vasanam India, we strive to ensure that every saree you receive meets your expectations in terms of quality, design, and elegance. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.

We offer returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we request you to inform us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear images or videos as proof. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

For returns due to personal preferences such as dislike of color, design, or fabric, return shipping charges may be applicable and will be borne by the customer. Refunds for such cases will be processed after deducting applicable shipping or handling fees.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original method of payment or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.

Please note that certain items such as customized orders, discounted products, or items purchased during special sales may not be eligible for returns or refunds, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We recommend handling sarees with care, as slight variations in color or design may occur due to lighting and screen differences, which are not considered defects.
