3. How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive updates once your order is shipped.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. Available options may include UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking.
5. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the saree is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
6. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
7. Do you offer refunds?
Yes, refunds are processed after the returned product passes quality inspection. The amount will be credited within 5–7 business days.
8. Are your sarees handmade?
Many of our sarees are crafted using traditional techniques by skilled artisans, making each piece unique and special.
9. Will the color of the saree be exactly the same as shown online?
We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.
